Feature Builder: Context about current project/template after unfolding

I saw this question (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vsarch/thread/026be863-ca6e-4136-b4dc-e9f733c41a29/) about retrieving the context of a modeling launch point, and I was curious how to go about retrieving similar context information for a TemplateLaunchPoint.  In my situation I am attached to the "After Unfold Template" and at minimum I'm interested in knowing the location on disk of where the project file has been created.  Any additional insight you can provide on how to go about setting the executable used by the library at startup and controlling the build action for specific files is greatly appreciated.
