Generate Dependency Graph completely broken by VS2010 SP1

VS 2010 Ultimate SP1 on Widows 7 Ultimate x64.  With a solution containing ~20 C# projects open, when I choose Architecture|Generate Dependency Graph from the menu, VS 2010 crashes ("Has encountered a problem and must close) every time.  It doesn't matter which scope I choose (assembly, namespace, class) - the same crash always occurs.

I know this worked when I first installed VS 2010.  I have recently installed VS 2010 SP1 (right after it was RTM) and I'm sure this is the first time I've tried to generate a dependency graph since installing SP1 - maybe related, maybe just coincidence.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?  Any idea how to fix it?

I'll try re-applying SP1 to see if that helps.

Update: Generation of sequence diagrams from code seems to be similarly broken as well.

Update: Re-applying SP1 had no effect.

Update: Removing all extensions also had no efffect.

Update: The crash is an unhandled SEHException in a threadpool worker thread.  No stack trace is available.  No disassembly is available either.
