HTTPContext.Current always been NULL

Hi,

Am just calling wcf service from my asp.net app

 

XmlDocument webConfig = new XmlDocument

();

webConfig.Load(

HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath(@"~\web.config"));

Current is always becoming Null.

I also declared on my top of the service as below:

AspNetCompatibilityRequirements(RequirementsMode = AspNetCompatibilityRequirementsMode.Allowe
